Accreditation and registration

Tournament Organising Committee (T.O.C.) register competitors, referees, umpires, officials, coaches and guests of the Tournament in "Moscow" hotel from November 26-27 (10:00 – 21:00).

Application of the established sample from the representative of a team, the identity document of the competitor, the admission of the doctor, the medical insurance and Dan-certificate ITF are necessary to be admitted to the T.O.C.

Competitors will receive numbers, to be fixed on the back of doboks at the accreditation.

Note. Each participant and guest of the tournament arrived for accreditation on November 27th, 2008 after 9 p.m. will pay the penalty of 50 EUR.

Attention!

Each participant and guest not accommodated in hotel “Moscow" will pay 10 EUR to get ID cards.

Weight Check

Weight Checking of competitors will be carried out in "Moscow" Hotel from 10.00 to 21.00 on November, 27. The weight check is permitted for those competitors who have passed the accreditation.

Note: All the competitors, officials, umpires, referees, guests are allowed to enter the sport venue only by the ID cards.
